Sign-Ups for Newark National Little League 2012

The 2012 season registration opens in October for the following divisions:

Challenger (for disabled players), T-Ball, Coach Pitch, Minors, Majors,

Juniors, Seniors, and Big Leagues

Registration Dates and Locations:

·  Saturday, October 29, Mountain Mike’s Pizza, Newark, 11AM – 3PM

·  Saturday, November 12, Mountain Mike’s Pizza, Newark, 11AM – 3PM

· Saturday, December 3, Mountain Mike’s Pizza, Newark, 11AM – 3 PM

Registration Fees

· 4 – 8 yrs:    $80 discount rate for registration before October 31, 2011

· 4 – 8 yrs:   $90 discount rate for registration before November 30, 2011

· 4 – 8 yrs:   $100 regular rate for registration before December 31, 2011

· 4 – 8 yrs:   $125 includes a late fee for registration by January 15, 2012

· 9 – 18 yrs: $104 discount rate for registration before October 31, 2011

· 9 – 18 yrs: $117 discount rate for registration before November 30, 2011

· 9 – 18 yrs: $130 regular rate for registration before December 31, 2011

· 9 – 18 yrs: $155 includes a late fee for registration by January 15, 2012

·   up to 20% discount for registration before October 31, 2010

· up to 30% discount for each additional younger sibling

·   Special family discount for 3 or more children

· 20% discount for new players introduced by a current player

· Optional $1 membership fee not included in registration fee

·   $60 fundraiser optional buyout at time of registration

Registration and Residency Documents:

· Original birth certificate of player (abstract birth certificates are NOT acceptable)

·       Please bring copies of three proofs of residency, but no more than one each from the following 17 categories:

(1) Driver’s License; (2) Voter Registration; (3) School Record; (4) Welfare/Child Care Records; (5) Federal Records; (6) State Records; (7) Local Records; (8) Support Payment Records; (9) Homeowner/Tenant Records; (10) Utility Bill; (11) Financial Records; (12) Insurance Documents; (13) Medical Records; (14) Military Records; (15) Internet/Cable/Satellite Records; (16) Vehicle Records; (17) Employment Records

Tryout Dates at Newark Memorial High School NNLL Fields:

· Saturday, January 7th and 14th, 2011, time TBA

Games for all divisions (except Seniors & Big Leagues) begin on Opening Day in March

and conclude in June.
