The 10 yr olds did exactly what they set out to do. They brought home the State Championship!!!

2011 10 yr old State Championship
New Albany 10 yr Olds Advance to Championship Game in State Tourny
The 10 yr olds beat State Park last night to advance to the Championship Game in the state tournament tonight at 6:00 p.m. cst! The 10 yr olds had to come from behind twice in the game. Tyler Crady, Andrew Ricketts and Nolan Keeler all had key RBIs in the game and Steven Thom hit a two run homer in the 4th inning to put New Albany ahead for good. Thomas Ogden caught a fly ball steps from the fence to end the game. Andrew Ricketts and Cooper Biven were the pitchers for New Albany. Good luck tonight!

2011 12 yr old State Championship
NEW ALBANY 12 Yr OLDS LOSE IN SEMI-FINAL TO GOLFMOOR
The 12 yr olds went down in defeat Wednesday night in the state semi-finals to Golfmoor 8-3. The 12 yr olds had a great run in the state tournament and should be very proud of their performance!
