This is a 6 week training program. We will take off the week of the Fourth of July. Program cost is $225

Why Train with Nebraska Elite?

image_name2

The answer has become more obvious, Nebraska Elite Volleyball has become one of the best programs in the country.  Our performance at the Junior National Championships in Atlanta was only surpassed by one club in the country who is based in California.  Nebraska Elite Volleyball placed 5 teams in the top 13 of the 7 age division we compete in on a national basis.

On a local leval, we have been the dominant club in the Great Plains Region for 11 straight years.  2011 results are in and once again, Nebraska Elite leads the region in number of teams qualified for the USA Junior National Championships in Atlanta with 10.  Once again, we have a team in every age division going to Nationals and 2 teams in 3 age divisions.

We also tied its region record by qualifying 3 teams for the Open Division, meaning those teams will finish in the top 32 teams in the country.

Even more impressive, we are representing the Great Plains Region at the highest level in 6 or the 7 age division, our best performance ever!

Want to be a Champion, you have to train like one!

For a personal evaluation to see where your skills are and a plan on how to improve those skills, contact Club Director, Tony Carrow at neelite@aol.com or via cell at 402-599-0423.

Athletic Performance Enhancement for all Sports

image_name2

Starting in December!

Physical Training Camp (PT)

PT sessions are designed for 10-14 year old athletes who want to improve foundational strength and conditioning. They consist of a variety of training techniques including reactive, speed, agility, quickness, resistance, and core training. Sessions are interactive and consist of games and exercise that challenge players to develop performance enhancing skills and enhance hand-eye coordination.

Advanced Physical Training Camp (APT)

APT sessions are designed to optimize performance and prepare players to take their game to the next level. APT sessions are open to players who have previously attended PT camp and current 14’s players. Athletes must have sufficient core and neuromuscular coordination to participate in sessions. APT is designed to enhance vertical jump, foot speed, power, and reactive neuromuscular responses. Sessions will consist of a variety of modalities and techniques that will focus on reactive, speed, agility, quickness, balance, core, and resistance training. Athletes may opt into APT with coach Wehrli’s permission. An evaluation may be required to determine if APT is the appropriate training program for the specific athlete.
