Stunting
heelstretch2.gif
* No one should talk while stunting except coach or back base

* The back is the most important person in all stunts. They should be aggressive and as tall as possible.

* Every stunt should be done to a count so that everyone has the same timing.

* Flyers should know how to fall and bases should know how to catch.

* Bases should stand no further apary then the width of the flyer's shoulders.

* Flyers should be as tight as possible.
