FRICK was known best by his friends as a teacher, a coach and a trainer...but FRICK's real desire was to own and operate a place where "real" people could meet and have fun in a casual atmosphere. So began the nights of concocting all kinds of sauces, soups, chili and taste tempting foods.
To the clang of the kitchen utensils, FRICK also began collecting and taping an array of the best tunes from the '60s through the '90s. Great music, tables that could be pushed together, TVs everywhere (for football season), lots of warm wood and a gleaming redwood bar that stretched forever, were all part of his plan.
So to this end, he found a perfect building in a terrific location with people just waiting for him to develop his concept...and thus became B.C. Rooster's - a great place to be.
