WHAT WE ARE ABOUT:
The NorthEnd Social Club is a group of soccer fans (to be precise, Columbus Crew fans) who have gotten together for the purpose of learning more about the game of soccer, getting some exercise, and most importantly having fun, both on and off the field.
We are fortunate to have such a great group of positive people on our team. Where most teams struggle to get one or two substitutes per game, our struggle is to make certain that everyone gets a chance to play as long as they can. Average turnout for a game is in the 18-20 range.
We have teams that play in the Columbus Co-Ed Soccer League (formerly known as the Brewsers Athletic League), a soccer organization for adults in central Ohio. Despite our record that first season (where we struggled just to win a game), we all have a good time playing. Even the referees agree - we're the most fun team on the field!
