The Wallenpaupack Youth Soccer League, (WYSL) would like to welcome you to the 2007-2008 season. WYSL serves the kids in the Wallenpaupack School District. We have over 325 kids this year playing soccer. WYSL is a member of North Eastern PA Soccer Association for Youth, (NEPSAY). Members of NEPSAY are made up of other leagues we compete against. NEPSAY is a member of Soccer Association for Youth, USA, (SAY).   The main objective of this league is to provide an opportunity for healthful and safe recreational soccer play where even competition and maximum participation at all age groups is the goal. All coaches, parents, participants and spectators should be aware of this philosophy. The important thing is that we have fun, learn something, and get some healthful recreation.

 Games start on Aug 23, 2008. Under 6 division will be from 9:00 to 10:00 each Saturday. Other divisions will be given their schedule. NOTE: THERE ARE NO HOME GAMES FOR ANY DIVISION SCHEDULED IN NEWFOUNDLAND ON AUGUST 30TH, 2008 DUE TO THE GDS FAIR.

Under 6, Under 8, Under 10, and Under 12 divisions will play in-house (play against other Wallenpaupack teams) and all games are in Newfoundland. Under 12 will also play home at away against NEPSAY teams. Under 14 will still play at home and away against NEPSAY teams. Under 10, Under 12, and Under 14 will have the opportunity to play in the Five County Cup on Nov 1st and Nov 2nd, 2008. Coaches, please let me know ASAP if your team is participating in this tournament.
