College Workshop
The College workshop covered topics to educate parents and motivate student athletes to prepare for collegiate athletics.  Speakers included current 18uGold players, experienced parents and collegiate athletes.
Christams Party
Teams gathered and celebrated the holiday season and the near conclusion of the fall period.  Highlight of the event was the Adopt-A-Family program. Each Nemesis Elite team adopted a family in the spirit of giving and made their Christmas a bit brighter.

~12u Blue~
12 u Blue Team participated in the Firecracker Friendly Sunday.
Game 1
First inning started off really good with both Amanda and AC hitting 2 fly balls back to back out to right then center field advancing the runners and bringing in our first two runs. With no runs scored in the second inning and the other team up by 1 run, the third inning was definitely a turning point for the girls. Each base hit in the inning advanced a player and brought in 5 runs. Our defense held them off for a 123 out in inning for the win. AC coming back from being injured the week before pitched a good game
NE vs. So Cal Driven (W) 7 – 3
Game 2
Game started off with a nice line drive to left field by Macey. Four walks and a base hit later, we ended the first inning with 3 runs. Our defense stayed hot for another 123 out at the bottom of the first inning. At the bottom of the second inning with no runs scored, Macey caught a low ball hit towards her for an unassisted second out and then threw the ball to third base for the third out for a sweet a double play.  Game was called bottom of third due to the rain.
NE vs. Central Cal Freeze (W) 3 – 2

Player of the week: Macey, for weathering the storm. *:) happy Not only was she hit hard by a pitch at her ankle she was not feeling well, and still pitched a good game and never gave up.
