About The SEC
The Southeastern Conference "The SEC" is considered by many to have the highest level of collegiate softball.  SEC members include, Alabama (defending 2012 national champion), LSU, Auburn, Miss St., Ole Miss, Tennessee, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky and the University of South Carolina.  The conference added (in 2013) softball powerhouses Texas A&M and the University of Missouri.  What a line-up?

But how strong is the SEC in softball? Typically 6 to 8 SEC teams populate the Top-20 national NCAA DI rankings...with as many as five schools in the Top-10.  In other words....there is just no better softball than the SEC....ok arguably the PAC-12.  The SEC placed 11 teams in this year's NCAA tournament, a record.

So what does it take to hit succesfully in the SEC?  Come and listen to Coach Beamon to find out.
