Independence Park
Near the intersection of Bellflower and Imperial Blvd in the City of Downey. Heading N or S on the 605 Frwy, take the 105 Frwy West and exit on Bellflower Blvd. Turn right on Bellflower, heading North, and continue past Imperial Blvd. The park is approx. 200yds past Imperial on the right hand side. Look for tennis courts and a skate park.

Park is off Firestone Ave West of the 605 frwy and adjacent to the river bed. Heading West on Firestone turn right on Newville. Newville is about 400yds West of the river bed. Newville runs into the Park.
