MAKEUP GAMES / RESCHEDULING GUIDELINES
Any postponed game must be made up within 7 days of the cancelled game. The home team will offer the visiting team 3 dates to makeup the game. That level coordinator should also be emailed with these same dates. These days should be a weekday other than a day when that level will be playing. Once an agreement on the date is made by the two managers, it's the responsibility of the Home team to confirm with the Umpire assignor for that Town on the agreed upon make up date. Once the umpire has confirmed the date, the Home Team will contact or email back the confirmation to both the visiting manager and the League Coordinator. This way the umpire , the two Managers and the Level coordinator have the same dates and confirmation of play.
