The Great Plains Soccer League is now open for registration.  If you have not done so already. please forward your team names for participation using the registration form attached.  Also attached is the proposed by-laws for the league.  By-laws will not be finalized until the first committee of the league meets.  Once we have the teams identified we will appoint membership to the committee then begin the scheduling process.  If you have any questions please e-mail me at allen.hager@bcbsnd.com

This league will be a super opportunity for soccer to be played among NDYSA clubs who have teams who want to play during the year outside of their club seasons. It will be a competetive league, but all teams from large or small clubs are welcome.  Teams will need
player passes and rosters that club registrars can produce using the Logical Solutions Software.
