Coaches Code of Conduct
The volunteer coaches are an integral part of each program. They must conform to the philosophy of the NCYFL, as well as demonstrate with thier actions, the ability to effectively teach the basic fundamentals of football, while developing
each athlete both physically and mentally, to be able to achieve and succeed. Our coaches do a great job and have helped make the whole experience a rewarding one for everyone.

Parent Code of Conduct
The Parent Code Of Conduct is given to every parent or gaurdian. Each parent/gaurdian signs an "agreement to comply" with the Code Of Conduct.This helps insure that everyone understands what the league feels will provide the best opportunity for a rewarding fun-filled experience for all!

Player Code of Conduct
This is the Players Code Of Conduct. Each Player is given the Code Of Conduct. They also sign an agreement to comply with the term and conditions of the Code Of Conduct. Players need to understand the importance of good sportmanship and fair play. The Code Of Conduct is the players guide to insure
the best opportunity for a rewarding fun filled experience for evryone!

This is the document that every coach, parent and player signs, stating that they have recieved, read, understand and agree to comply with the league's Code Of Conduct. Once completed, is filed at the league office and remains on file throughout the season.
