MISSION STATEMENT

ELIGIBILITY TO SWIM
Any person swimming with the North Coast Swim Club will be REQUIRED to be registered with USA Swimming and must have all Club Dues and Insurances paid before entering the water.
CRIMINAL ACTIVITY
Any criminal activity, or the appearance of criminal activity, in or outside the North Coast Swim Club by any member will result in the immediate removal of that member. The alleged activity may also result in the termination of that member from the club.
For purposes of this policy, a member is defined as any swimmer, coaching staff, Board member, or any other person working with the North Coast Swim Club in ANY swim team activity. This includes any paid or volunteer positions.
If criminal activity is suspected:
An investigation will be conducted by at least two selected members of the Board and/or Coaching Staff.
If determined that a legal investigation needs to be started, the investigation will then be turned over to the appropriate Law Enforcement Agency for a complete investigation.
ALL MEMBERS AS DESCRIBED ABOVE WILL COOPERATE COMPLETELY WITH ANY INVESTIGATION.
