Fundraisers
Many of you are having parent meeting shortly and the issue of costs and fundraising always comes up.  Here are some ideas that will not cost you anything up front and are baseball specific.  We can help you through Extra Innings and the Pony League.  Fundraisers  ·        Hit-A-Thon (no cost!)…every player hits 96 pitches for FREE to raise funds for the player/teamo       Extra Innings will provide 1.5 hours in Automated cages at No Chargeo       Times available   (Saturday either 9-10:30 am or 7:30 to 9 pm    Sunday  9:30-11 am or 6 to 8 pm)o       Coaches/Parents track points earned:  0, 1, 3, 5 (maximum is 480 points)o       Players get sponsored by either a Flat donation or Per Point ·        Pre-Paid Rental Cards…we will offer at discounted rate and Players sell and keep the profits!  No up front costs to team.o       You pre-sell cards at $200, which is normal priceo       For each card you sell, you pay EI $150o       Players can buy for their own use ·        Banner Saleso       Sponsors can advertise within Extra Innings facility o       Sign will hang for 1 yearo       You can sell for what you like, but here are averages             (cost includes production of sign)o       4’ x 8’                    Average selling price should be $500        (player/team gets $275)o       3’ x 6’                    Average selling price should be $400        (player/team get  $225) ·        Website Sales (on the North Cascades Pony site)o       Sponsors will be listed with logo, company information, and all contactso       You can sell for whatever you like, but I would suggest $100 for annual listingo       Cost would be $25 to setup on site
