Manager and Coach Information 

·        Each team may have up to four adult volunteers - a Manager, an Assistant Manager and two Coaches or a Manager and three Coaches.

·        All Managers, Coaches and other Volunteers must agree to a criminal background check before having any contact with minors.

·        All Managers and Coaches must agree to abide by all League and ASA rules and regulations and are subject to suspension or removal for failing to do so.

·        Any Manager, Coach or team representative who signs for League equipment must return it in reasonable condition (allowing for normal wear and tear) or reimburse the League for its loss.

·        Managers MUST be adult females at least 21 years of age

·        The Manager is responsible for the proper conduct of herself, her assistants and all players.

·        The Manager must be present at all team functions with minors, including games, practices, trips to the batting cage, team get-togethers, etc.

        EXCEPTION: Another adult female, approved by the League, may be present in the Manager’s absence.

·        The Manager is responsible for insuring that all players meet minimum play rules in divisions that have minimum play requirements.

·        Coaches may be either males or females at least 21 years of age.

·        Male coaches may not conduct any team activities with minors unless an adult female is present.

·        Coaches are responsible for conducting themselves properly and assisting the Manager in the proper conduct of the players.

·        Coaches will perform such duties as assigned by the team Manager

·        Coaches will assist the Manager in preparing the field before games and putting away equipment and cleaning up the dugout area after games.
