 Introduction- Coach Wagner

My name is Tom Wagner and I am entering my fifth year of coaching softball with the NCGSA. I've coached at the Instructional, Pee Wee and Pony levels which include slow and fast pitch instruction. My Philosophy for coaching at the instructional level is to simply have FUN while learning basic softball fundamentals. To do this, I have learned a bunch of silly games and skill drills over the years that will hopefully keep the girls engaged, moving and excited to be here. My goal is to instill a love for the game and leave them with the desire to want to play again next year.
