Delete Comment By now, all of you know I'm a early riser from bed every day. When you don't read my work coming around 6:00 AM each day, you know I'm on the road or sick. I love getting up early in the morning because of the silence that allows me to think of all kinds of writing avenues to bring my work to the Game Over Sportz readers as well as a few other sites I lay tracks down for. As a matter of fact, two of those sites are www.blackfives.com and www.BlackSportthemagazine.org . I recommend that all of you check out these sites, join, and give some input. You'll enjoy those brothers and sisters just like we enjoy each other here.
Now, my giving props centers around an Organization called Each One Teach One out of East Harlem in New York City. The organization works with our youth population and teaches them skills for the basketball court, conducting themselves in public, making educational goals and working hard/smart to complete those goals, and making sure you give back in your neighborhoods. The Each One Teach One organization has been around teaching and working with young people and their families for thirty-five plus years.
Young people in New York City make their way to the doors of the Each One Teach One program each and every day so they can get involved in numerous teaching moments in a safe atmosphere and with adults that listen to youth issues.
I salute Bob McCullough and George Ball, the shakers and movers of the Each One Teach One Program out of East Harlem, New York. The two men give countless number of hours and their own money to make sure each child's problems and successes are valued and given proper recognition.
As I give Bob and George their recognition on this site, I also want to give a big shout out to the support staff that makes the ideas on paper work in the real world of dealing with teens. I also congratulate the thousands of parents and teens who continue to enroll in the Each One Teach One program year after year! Something special is going on with the work that Bob McCullough, George Ball, and the rest of the staff do for our children in the Each One Teach One Program in East Harlem, New York!!
In the interest of getting more MEN to be Mentors like Bob & George,
Brother Zachary C. Husser, Sr.
Note: What do you know about the Each One Teach One Program?

Diamond, I agree. President Obama is still my guy and although everything he has done is not perfect, it is clear that he has the country's best interest at heart.
Harry, thanks for the compliments, but as you praised all of us, you forgot 1 person....YOURSELF! Your little red shirt is all over the sight day in and day out. You deserve props too! You were certainly right though regarding Eric, Urban, Coach Gustus, Coach Mark, Coach Anderson (and yourself); you guys deserve such high praise for all that you do!
