"We Care" Pick N' Save Community Dollar Fundraising Program
Basic Information on the We Care Program
- Shop at Pick 'N Save®
- Register for the Advantage® Saver's Club card
- During card registration, designate the Hale Poms squad as your non-profit organization that can receive additional funds from the Pick 'N Save stores. List our organization number: 531650
- Continue to shop, shop, shop at Pick 'N Save, and use your Advantage Saver's Card.....now it benefits you and the squad!
General Program Overview The Pick 'N Save Advantage® We Care Program is a donation program that allows non-profit organizations to raise additional funds by encouraging their members to shop at Pick N' Save food stores and use their Advantage Saver's Club card every time they shop. A percentage of the total We Care dollars spent at Pick N' Save will be donated to each participating non-profit organization. The pom squad will earn donations by participants identifying our Hale Poms six-digit identification number (531650) on their Advantage Saver's Club application form at their favorite Pick N' Save store, and by using their card every time they shop at Pick N' Save. The more they shop with their card at Pick 'N Save, the more money is earned for our squad!
- Any Advantage card holder can designate ONE authorized non-profit organization to which their household's purchase dollars will be credited.
- Purchase dollars collected by our organization's members will be automatically accumulated, earning our squad a share of the total dollars that Pick 'N Save has made available. Payments will be disbursed on a quarterly basis approximately 90 days after the end of each fiscal quarter.
- If a customer loses their Advantage card, they will need to complete a new application at their favorite Pick 'N Save store and designate our six-digit number again on this new application.
Thanks to Lisa Sanger for getting the ball rolling on this fundraiser! :)
