TRYOUT INFORMATION

U15 - Sunday, November 18th 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM

U16 - Sunday, November 18th 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM

U18 - Sunday, November 18th 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM

All Tryouts are being held at

ANNIE WRIGHT SCHOOL GYMNASIUM

827 North Tacoma Avenue

Tryout Fee: $15

Registration starts 25 minutes prior to start time.

IMPORTANT: TRYOUT FORMS REQUIRE PARENT SIGNATURES

Registration Forms
SAVE TIME by early registration. Just download the Tryout Registration Form and the Medical Release Form, fill in the information and mail to the Club address. Allow plenty of time for mailing at least 4 days. If pre-registering, remember the forms must be signed by parent or guardian and the tryout fee must be included. Pre-registered participants will not have to wait in line at tryouts for their number.
