North Allegheny Youth Lacrosse (NAYL) provides a Lacrosse program for boys in grades 3rd to 8th.  This program competes as a spring sport in the Western Pennsylvania Scholastic Lacrosse Association.  Lacrosse is a fast paced, exciting sport that involves speed, agility and hand eye coordination. 

The registration fee for the 2010 Lacrosse season will be $300 and the deadline is January 15^th, 2010.

 

  Space is limited and registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.  Program may fill up before final deadline.  We will post notice on this website when program is full.

Several key points to keep in mind for lacrosse:

•  Lacrosse is an exciting, fast paced game, which requires quite a bit of running.

• Lacrosse season begins with once a week, pre-season workouts in late February. 

• Weather permitting; teams will practice two to three times per week beginning in March.  Teams play during April and May. 

• First time players can expect equipment expenses of approximately $125 to $250. 

• Players can only play for one lacrosse team during the recognized WPA Scholastic Lacrosse Association Season. 

• We are a parent run organization.  Parents are expected to participate.
