To be considered for any of the Gene Harrington Invitational Hockey tournaments you must complete the 3 page application, and mail it to 11 Woodthrush Trail, Orchard Park, NY 14127 with payment in full. It is also highly recommended that you fax the application before mailing the originals to 716-667-3184.
