Welcome to the NABL League site, Host of the National Athletic Basketball League. 

What makes the NABL Unique
The NABL season is ran during the playoffs of the NBA basketball season. The NABL runs from April – June with the playoff's in the first week of July.

The NABL uses the current NBA rules with no modifications. 

    National Athletic Basketball League – Announces New Commissioner – Tyrone White, he replaces Nathan Mumm.

Portland, Oregon - After a successful first year, the National Athletic Basketball League is pleased to announce Tyrone White as the new commissioner of the NABL. Tyrone White is a legendary Portland area player out of the infamous Jefferson High School. Tyrone who goes by "Ty" is the current owner of the Portland Showtime and Troutdale All-Stars, along with the duties of running the league. The founders of the NABL are Nathan Mumm and Joe Becerra, with the first season of play beginning in 2010. This NABL is the first of its type as an owner controlled league which enables the owners to vote on all aspects of the business. 

                                NOTE:

* League Play has been canceled for 2011 as the league is being revised.

* However there will be exhibitions games for year 2011 with the Snohomish County Explosion playing a full season with home dates and two tournaments. One will be in Portland (gym location to be determined), the other in Everett, the home gym of the Snohomish County Explosion.
