There will be a Coaches Clinic on Monday 5/21/12 from 7:30 to 9:30 at DBI-Pro Advantage Baseball Center which is located at Building #8, 800 Flanders Rd. Mystic. The clinic will cover the fundamentals of hitting, throwing/pitching and fielding and is applicable to coaches in all levels of MLL. MLL strongly encourages you to attend. Our goal is to introduce a common coaching methodology and terminology that can be consistently used by coaches throughout our league.
DBI-Pro Advantage Baseball Center is a newly formed organization run by Dennis Long, Matt Merullo, and Pete Kiefer. Some of you may know of Dennis, his expertise is in pitching and he has run clinics for us in the past. Matt is a retired professional with 6 years in MLB as a catcher and Pete is an experienced trainer and baseball player agent.
This is the second clinic of the season with DBI. Feedback from participants at the first clinic has been provided to DBI and we hope that this clinic will be even better than the last with more focused instruction and guidance. Even if you attended the first clinic it is recommended that you attend this one as well.

It’s that time of year… The Mystic Memorial Day Parade!!! Let’s all try to attend. Last year we had a decent turnout and It would be nice if we can add more to the Parade, Mike and his crew from Mystic Cycle Center had a Parade of Cyclists which I hope will attend this year.

Please consider taking an ad in our 2012 Mystic Little League Program Book. Our program reaches over 500 families and is a great way to support Mystic Little League.
These ads are great for business but also great for parents and grandparents or family friends to wish their little leaguer good luck in the upcoming season.
We also have a “Fans of Mystic Little League” option that will consist of a name or business listing for $25.
