          MYSA Refund Policy


There will be a $25.00 administration fee deducted from all refunds. 

If the uniform has been issued and/or the 1st game has been played there will be NO refunds.  

Refunds are processed by check only and will be mailed to the address listed on your application within 7-10 business days. 

All requests for refunds must be made in the MYSA office.  

All requests for refunds must be initiated by the players parent or legal guardian.  A coach may report a withdrawal of a player but may not request a refund on behalf of the player. 

A full refund will be given ONLY if a player cannot be placed on a team.  





All checks returned to MYSA as uncollected by the bank, will be charged an additional $35.00 per check.  Payments must be made with credit card, money order, or cash to settle the transaction.
