WELCOME TO THE 2012-2013 MYAA SHAWNEE JR.'S WRESTLING SEASON!!!

 Wrestling - K-8th Grade 

  You can register the first week of practice at Shawnee High School.

*****FIRST PRACTICE OF THE SEASON WILL BE THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 29, 2012 AT SHAWNEE HIGH School. 

Group 1 - 8 year olds and younger - 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Group 2  - 9 year olds and older  - 7:00 m - 8:30 pm

THIS SEASON WE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING PRACTICES:

9 YEARS OLD AND OLDER

MONDAYS   6-8 PM

TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS - 7:00-8:30 PM

8 YEARS OLD AND UNDER

TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS- 6:00 - 7:00 PM

More information about the first practice will be posted by November 20, 2012. 

Location:   Shawnee High School Wrestling Room

                  600 Tabernacle Road, Medford, NJ  (go to the very last parking lot - gym doors to your left)

 All wrestlers need to have wrestling shoes, headgear, mouthpieces if you have braces, and wear gym shorts and t-shirts for practice.   Drinking plenty of water before, during, and after practice is important.   Please arrive 10 minutes before practice so we can get ready and start on time.
