2/27 - Section IX Tournament Champions: 1st MW with 175 points, 2nd Newburgh with 128 points, 3rd New Paltz with 103.5
2/20 - OCL American Conference Tournament Champions: 1st MW 219 points, 2nd Valley Central 160.5 points, 3rd Newburgh 140 points
2/17 - MW Ranked #1 in the Northeast (NY & New England States) by Amateur Wrestling Magazine
2/9/99- MW 59-14 win over Kingston
2/6 - Empire State Dual Meet Champions: MW 44-23 win over Queenbury, MW 55-11 win over Saranac, MW 33-30 win over St. Benedict's, MW 50-15 win over Hudson Falls
2/4- MW 57-6 win over Pine Bush
1/30 - Congratulations! - Coach Fischbein and his wife, Jodi, for having a baby girl named Danielle. (weighing in at 7 pounds & 4 ounces, height of 21 inches)

1/3/99 - Ranked 4th in New York State
12/29/98 - 1st Place in the Mid-Hudson Tournament with 192 points, Northern Adirondack in second with 179 points, Longwood was third with 154 points.
12/27 - Ranked 7th in New York State
12/19th - MW 51-23 win over Sachem, MW 40-16 win over Suffern
12/18th - Ranked 12th in New York State
12/18 - MW 67-6 win over Goshen
12/16 - MW 64-9 win over Cornwall
12/12 - 1st Place at the Huntington Invitational with 276.5 points, Massapequa in second with 227.5 and Huntington in third place with 182 points.
