Monroe-Woodbury Little League: 2010 Spring Registration Info

Please Read Below: Important details to make your registration process a lot smoother.

  • If this is the first time your child has played in the MWLL a copy of their birth certificate must be mailed in along with the registration receipt (received after online registration is finished). Registration is not complete until this information has been provided.
  • Refund Policy – After 1/1/10 to the day of player assignment to a team, a $25 withdrawal fee will be charged. Once a player is assigned to a team, there will be NO refund issued.
  • Late Registration – Registration deadline is 12/31/09. Registrations received after 12/31/09 will be considered late. Late registrations will be accepted online only and must have the $20 late fee included in the total payment. Online registration will add the late fee automatically.
  • Registrations received by the 12/31/09 deadline are guaranteed to be placed on a team. Registrations received after 12/31/09 may be placed on a waiting list. Players who are registered after teams are made will be placed on teams only as needed to fill them.
  • The MWLL now offers baseball for 5 year old players! This division will use soft "IncrediBalls" to teach the game of baseball. Most of the instruction will take place at a MWLL field and will be provided by a instructors from the Frozen Ropes training center in Chester.
  • Parents interested in volunteering to manage MUST complete three required steps to be considered: 1)The 2010 volunteer application along with a copy of a valid driver's license must be submitted via mail, 2)The candidate must be AED & CPR certified. A class will be held in January or February if you are not certified. A copy of the certification card must be mailed in to show proof if you are certified, 3)Candidates must watch video on the Frozen Ropes ACA website or the Little League website (username and password will be provided).
    *Completion of these three steps does not guarantee a managerial position with the league.
  • Second Annual Season Long Raffle – The MWLL will be holding a season-long raffle.  Raffle tickets are being sold for $5 each. There is a minimum purchase of $10 in raffle tickets per registration. This cost is included in the registration fee. Raffle ticket stubs will be mailed once registration is complete. A list of prizes and details can be found on the league website.  Additional raffle tickets may be purchased on the registration form or by emailing the league.
