Summer Seasons starts with a rainout :(

We will try again with intro-scrimmage on Thursday July 9th

Lugnuts vs Rockhounds - 6:00 - Smith Clove 2

Muckdogs vs Sandnats - 6:00 - Dunderberg

There will be umpires for these games - so all teams should try and get organized quickly and play ball

The following rules apply and should be used immediately  

  • AAA spring rules apply (Stealing of all bases allowed - Managers should use experienced 9-10 year olds to catch and teach some of the inexperienced 7-8 year olds - Do not abuse stealing or take advantage of situation - play fair and teach the game to all the boys 
  • 4 Man Outfield Allowed
  • Managers decide on mercy rule - game must go 3 (visitors) 3 1/2 (home)
  • Roster Batting is mandated  
  • Pitch counts and days rest apply - 50 (7-8 Year Old) 75 (9-10 Yr Old)
  • No inning can start past 8:00 or 9:15 for night games - Sat morning games is managers call
  • Play Ball and have fun and leave the umpires alone - Remember at all times whom the ADULTS are !

  We realize the season runs into the first week of August which coincides with football - If we have any major conflicts we will try and adjust days so all the boys can finish the season

Managers were named for each team - but all Dad's that requested to coach should get involved immediately and work together as a team - Rules will be distributed shortly and uniforms will be available next week - Season will run through Aug 8 concluding with a series playoff system - Have Fun and stay tuned for more info
