MV Invite - 2 mile course map
Map of the 2.0 mile JV Course at Oak Hill Park and the Monte Vista campus. Same course as last three years. First mile totally flat. Second mile, totally....not. Seriously, last 500 meters is downhill to flat. Major hills right after the 1 mile mark.

Attention Cross Country Coaches!
As tradition has it, the Monte Vista Cross Country Invitational is held on the first Tuesday following the Labor Day holiday. So for 2009, the MV Invite will be held on:
- Tuesday, Sept 8th, 2009.
Some details:
Time: 4pm
Where: Oak Hill Park, Danville CA.
Course: Challenging 2.0 mile course for all races. Features a flat first mile, with the imfamous "Eliminator" hill in the second mile.
Structure: Same as the past few years - grade level races with the Frosh race run last.

Entries: Due to limitations on the course, the Monte Vista Invite will once again be capped at 20 teams. The first twenty coaches to email their intent to attend, will be guaranteed a spot. Email MVXC coach Mike Davis at: mike.davis@sbcglobal.net with your intent to attend.
Entries can be done informally (a rough count of your athletes) or on-line using EPI Sports. More details to follow. The intent is to have a low key meet that is easy for coaches to enter, given the early race date.

2007 MV INVITE - Raw Results
Files for each race, showing bib # and school affiliation. All MV runners recorded their bib numbers so that we can go back and assign names. For now, these are the raw results. Also included - combined boys and girls races (as if all boys had run in one large race - sorted by time... same for girls).
No scores were kept, as this is a warm-up meet, however, scores are shown on the bottom of the forms (unofficial).
