WHAT'S WRONG HERE?

There seems to be some problems here!

SITUATION:

There are runners at 1st (r1) and 2nd (r2) with no outs.

The batter (b1) hits a potential sacrifice fly to leftfield.

Both runners tag up but the leftfielder drops the ball.

Both runners advance and r2 rounds 3rd and heads for home.

The pitcher cuts off the throw to the plate and gets r2 in a pickle between 3rd and home.

The pitcher throws to the 3rd baseman who runs r2 toward home and throws to the catcher for the out at the plate.

The alert catcher then guns the ball behind r1 to the 2nd baseman who tags r1 out trying to return to 2nd.

QUESTION:

What's right and what's wrong? Can you find six or seven mistakes?
