Classroom Enrichment Fund - Please Donate Today! Did you know that each year the Monte Vista PTSA awards grants to teachers for classroom items such as laptop computers, projectors, software, microscopes, cameras? The Classroom Enrichment Fund awards these much-needed items because of your generosity. If you forgot to donate at Registration and would like to do so, please send a check made out to MVHS PTSA and mail to Monte Vista High School, Attn: PTSA, 3131 Stone Valley Road, Danville, CA 94526. Please mark on your check that the money is for CEF. Your donations will go directly to our classrooms and will directly benefit your student. Thanks for donating!

MVHS PTSA -- Vital Part of the Our School Community DID YOU KNOW THAT YOUR PTSA IS BEHIND THE FOLLOWING: Communication: The PTSA website (www.mvhs-ptsa.org) keeps you continually informed about everything that goes on at our school. Classroom Enrichment Fund: PTSA administers the distribution of your family donations that are used to supplement curriculum materials and supplies such as computer hardware and software, audio visual equipment, and classroom literature. School Calendar: Calendars are available at the school office. They are a valuable tool and the only place to find all essential dates throughout the school year, including sporting events, dances, meetings and school holidays. School Directory: PTSA publishes this very important Monte Vista accessory! It is complete with phone numbers and mailing addresses. Registration: The annual registration process is the result of months of planning by PTSA volunteers. Legislative Activities: Through our web site and monthly meetings you will be kept informed of issues that affect our school and your students. After School Tutoring Lab: PTSA funds After School Tutoring for students in math, science and other subjects, staffed by qualified teachers at no cost to the student. Monthly Meetings: PTSA meetings feature speakers of vital interest to all MV parents. Please plan to join us the 4th Tuesday of each month in the Career Center. PTSA can do all these things because of you! Membership is only $12.00 per parent, teacher or student. Please join PTSA today if you did not do so at registration.
