Simply, USA Wrestling is the central organization that coordinates amateur wrestling programs in the nation and works to create interest and participation in these programs.

The AAU Membership year runs from September 1st to August 31st.Membership is required to participate in all AAU sanctioned events.
YOUTH PROGRAM (All Sports)consists of athletic participation for ages as defined by AAU Youth sport rules. Basic Youth ages are 1 to 20. Youth Membership allows participation and insurance coverages in any and all youth sports.
