Private Lesson w/ Video Analysis - $120
Swim, Bike, or Run Video & Analysis. 1-1/2 hours. A GREAT way to get started and learn what you need to focus on to improve and stay injury free.

6 Lesson Progresson following Video Analysis - $400
A block of 6 follow-up lessons to a video analysis session to develop correct movement patters, skills, endurance, and strength.

Personal Triathlon Camp (3 or 5 Day Options) - $695/$995
An intensive one-on-one personal camp good for people visiting from out of the area that would like to improve skills and details needed to be sucessful in triathlons, including video analysis in all 3 sports, bike fitting, program evaluation, strength training assesment, transition skills, and more. Running Only Quarterly - $120
3 months of coached group running practices & online log to track your progress

5 Practice Drop-In Rate - $60
5 practice pass card must be used within 3 months.

Triathlon Yearly - $200
(Rate for Under 23, 55+, Nova Masters swimmers & Challenged Athletes - $150)
(Rate for additional family members in the program - $100)
Includes team apparel package and several special practices a year. Discounts on merchandise and more.

Monthly Personal Coaching - $325
(Under 23, 55+, & Challenged Athletes - $275)
Includes inital consultation to review history and goals.
Initial testing to set training zones
Detailed personalized coaching program.
4 hours a month of personal coaching/lessons
(3 month minimum)


MSOC coached practices are spread throughout Orange County which include more structure and purpose than the average tri-club workout. The practices focus on specific skill development like heart rate management, pacing, increasing raw speed, improving bike handling or running technique, and more. Most practices are coached by USAT Certified Coaches Michael Collins & Steven Owen (click the links for bios). Special technique lessons and video analysis sessions are also available.

The Personal Coaching program includes:
* Initial consultation to establish goals and racing schedule
* Video analysis evaluation of each sport
* Online training program and log to add daily comments and results
* 4 hours of monthly lessons/personal training time
* Regular feedback and follow-up
* Special test sets, and more.

The club also features an elite team of Juniors, Under 23, Age Groupers, and Pros, which compete both locally and in major national and international competitions. Sent resumes to be considered for the Multisports OC Elite Team HERE.

We do not offer refunds on program fees. We can put your membership on hold for $10 a month if you need to take time off due to injury or other special circumstances, and you can use up your remaining time when you return to the program before being charged again. The hold status starts from the 1st of the following month from when you ask to be deactivated.
