Registration for U6 & U8 is now open for Spring 2010.
Registration for U6 and U8 must be done on-line at the following link:

Complete the registration steps and then print a copy of the "Certificate of Intent to Register". Send the form and your payment to:

U9 and above Registration
Players who played for MSA during the Fall 2009 season will receive information from their coaches.
New players under 9 and above who did not play in the Fall 2009 season must attend one of the registration dates.
- Completed RG6 form (click here for a form).
- Completed EPYSA Medical Release form (click here for form).
- Completed PS-1 form (click here for form)
- Small picture for the player pass. (new players only)
- Current copy of your medical insurance coverage. (new players only)
- Copy of your child's birth certificate. (new players only)
- Cost U9 to U13 - $60.00; U14 and up - $75.00
