Mudcat Highlights and games of note!
Runs Scored in a single game -- In the spring of 95 the Mudcats scored 31 runs in a game that was shortened to 5 innings. The final score was Mudcats 31 - Yankess 1.
In the same year, a few games later, the Mudcats ran in to the Yankees again. This time the Mudcats beat the Yankees 25-3 in a 4 inning affair. Coach Curtis Johnson was on base all 6 times, hit 2 homeruns with 7rbi's and also had 2 stolen bases!
In the Summer of 1999, John Arriaga set a few Mudcat records. In 14 games that season John hit .558, hit 10 homeruns and also had 31 RBI's. This is the best single season in the history of the Cats.

In 16 games, Rob Jones stole 30 bases in 31 attempts, getting caught in his very last try. Overall as a team the Mudcats stole 56 bases in 60 attempts.

In a game against the Angles in 1999, Jarrod Daniel, Jay Johnson and Curtis Johnson hit back to back to back homeruns. Even more amazing, the very next game against the Brewers, Rob Jones, Curtis Johnson and Bill Brace did the same thing, in the first inning.
In a game on July 21st, 1997 the Mudcats lead off the game with 9 consecutive hits! Rob Jones who was leading off in the game hit 2 homers in the first inning.
In a game against the Skysox in the Fall of 1999 Jay Johnson went 5-5 with 7rbi's
In a game against the Orioles on June 29th, 1998 ( John Arriaga's birthday ), The birthday boy hit 3 homeruns and 5rbi's to celebrate the evening.
In a game against the Celts in the Summer of 1999, Keith Dusek had the highest RBI total in 1 game by a Mudcat. Keith went 4-5 with 3 homeruns, and 11rbi's. Keith hit a pair of 3 run homers, a grandslam, and an rbi single.
The most homeruns in one game belongs to Rob Jones, who went 5-5 with 4 homeruns and 1 double.
Ken Dusek set the single game double record with 4 against the Tigers in game #9 of the 1998 Fall.
In October of 97 (The World Series in Phoenix)the Cats stole 9 bases against the Blue Jays.
In that same World Series, Scott Daniels hit 2 triples, while going 4-4.
In a game against the Indians back in 1997, Rob Jones stole 5 bases in 5 attempts, stealing 3rd three times in the process.
