Notes from the coach: Please remind everyone that the game is all about our kids, and we will only be cheering for and encouraging our boys. The games are always fun for the kids, unless a spectator gets out of line. There is no place for negativity toward the other team, coaches, officials or fans. A final word on the officials, we play in accordance with high school rules, not college or NFL rules. Consequently, the rules applicable to the games you see on TV may not apply at our level. Please don’t yell at the refs as they will be doing their best, and learning, too. The refs are part of the game, and we need them to keep coming out to help us. Finally, I encourage you all to cheer for the boys, and be as encouraging as possible. They are a great group of kids and we love ‘em all!! GO TROJANS!! YES I CAN!
