MYSA 2009 FALL Registration:
Mountain Top Youth Soccer Association (MYSA) will hold its first player registration for the 2009 fall soccer season on Saturday, April 18, from 9 am to 12 noon at the Crestwood High School cafeteria. Additional registrations will be held on Wednesday, April 22, from 6 to 8 pm, and on Saturday, April 25, from 9 am to 12 noon. (A $25 late fee applies to any registrations made after April 25.) Youngsters can be registered for MYSA's "recreational" league, or players can gather information to tryout for a more competitive "travel" team. The registration fee for "recreational" soccer is $50 per player, except that the fee for the third player in the same family is reduced to $45, and the fee for a fourth child in the family is just $25. Registration fee covers all practices, a 2-month schedule of games in the fall, all referee fees and a full uniform for each player, including shirt, shorts and socks. For children not registered with MYSA last year, a birth certificate is also required. Eligible players must be from 4 to 18 years of age, as of July 31, 2009. Registration forms can be printed in advance from the "Handouts" link on the MYSA web site: www.eteamz.com/mttopysa. Parents are invited to bring used or unwanted soccer jerseys from prior seasons, which will be collected and donated to needy youngsters. There will also be information available at registration about MYSA's UK summer soccer camps, coaching opportunities, and the new Mountain Top soccer field complex.
