MYSA Monthly Meeting:  Board Meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at Christ United Methodist Church (Children's Ark) at 7:00pm. Anyone who would like to attend is more than welcome.

Fall Soccer Registrations are Still Being Accepted



Registrations for fall soccer are still being accepted, however, a late fee is now added.  The total cost is: $60 registration + $30 fundraiser fee + $25 late fee = $115.

If your child DID NOT play last year, please include a copy of their birth certificate.

Mountain Top Youth Soccer Association (MYSA) will hold its first player registration for the 2014 fall soccer season on Saturday, March 29, from 9 am to 12 noon at the Crestwood Middle School gymnasium. Additional registrations will be held on Wednesday, April 9, from 6 pm to 9 pm (High School cafeteria), and on Saturday, April 12, from 9 am to 12 noon (Middle School gymnasium).
 
Registration fee is $60 for the 1st child; $60 for the second; $55 for the 3rd; and $50 for the fourth child in a family. For children not registered with MYSA last year, a birth certificate must be shown. A $25 late fee applies to any registrations made after April 12. 
 
Fundraiser cost is $60 for lottery tickets to be sold by parents or a $30 opt-out option.  Only required for first two children per family and details can be found on registration forms.  
 
Registration and fund raiser fees cover a more than 3-month schedule of games and practices (August - November), plus all referee costs, field development and maintenance, equipment maintenance, insurance, and a full uniform for each player, including shirt, shorts and socks.
 
Parents are invited to bring used or unwanted soccer jerseys from prior seasons, which will be collected and donated to needy youngsters. Outgrown cleats may be brought to swap out for larger, used cleats, as available. There will also be information available at registration about MYSA's UK summer soccer camps, coaching opportunities, and other volunteering opportunities at MYSA.
 
Eligible players must be from 4 to 18 years of age, as of July 31, 2014. Registration forms can be printed HERE or by clicking the "Registration Forms" link below.
