All Star Report for July 4th and 5th
The 12U team was slated to play in a tournament at our own Boise Creek fields. The tournament was cancelled at the last minute and left them scrambling. Luckily, they found a tournament in the Parkland/Spanaway area. They played 3 games on the 4th. They won 2 games and tied the third. Because of a crazy tie-breaker rule that no one has ever heard of, they actually lost the game by 1/2 a run. It was really weird. They came back on Sunday and lost another heartbreaker game.
The 11U team played a tournament in Shelton. We have had a team play in this tournament for the past 3 years. The team took 1st place with a record of 4 - 0 and they outscored their opponents 66-14. Great job guys!!!
The 10U team took the weekend off.
Good luck to all of the All-Star teams this week (July 9 - 12). All three teams will be competing in their respective State Tournaments. The 10U and 11U teams will be in sunny Kennewick. The 12U team will be in the more overcast town of Lacey. Go get 'em boys!!!

All-Star Report for June 27 and 28
The 12U team played a local tournament at Game Farm in Auburn. The tournament was organized by the same Umpire Association that officiated our regular season games. The team played 3 games the first day and won 2 of them. They came back Sunday morning for the single elimination portion of the tournament. They lost an exciting, back-and-forth game.
The 11U team also played locally in a Renton tournament. I don't have many details but I do know they placed third in that tournament.
I did not receive a report from the 10U team.

All-Star Results for June 19 - 21
The 12U team went 3 - 0 to take first place in the "School's Out" Tournament in Maple Valley. They would have played 2 more game (and went 5 - 0) if we hadn't been rained out. Great job guys!!!!!
The 11U team did not have any tournaments.
When the 10U team reports to me, I will update this.

All-Star results for June 12-14
12U Team - The 12U team played in Wenatchee this past weekend. They came in 5th place with a record of 2 - 3. Don't let the record fool you, they played very well. The last game they played was against the Kennewick Americans that were 3 - 0. The game went to the 8th inning when KA finally scored the winning run. They ended up losing 8 - 7 in that heart-breaker. It was the best game I have seen in a long time.
10U Team - The 10U team played in a Renton tournament this weekend. They came in 4th place with a record of 2 - 2. They won both games on Saturday. One of the games they won was 26 - 5. WOW! Both games they lost on Sunday were very close. This is a great start for the 10U team. Good job guys.
And now for the report on our 11U team. They, too, played in Wenatchee. The MRBA 11U All-Star team took 1st PLACE with an undefeated record of 7 - 0. They were hitting the ball extremely well, their defense was awesome, and their pitching was great. They hit a total of 15 home runs over the 7 games they played. NICE!! Good job guys. Way to go!!!
All 3 three teams will continue their warm-up tournaments this weekend in various locations. I will report on these games as well.
