Flag Football $200.00 (equipment and uniform fees) Tackle Football $300.00 (equipment and uniform fees) Cheer $225.00 Registration fees (Cheer uniform fees to be determined) REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:
? Participants must be present at sign-ups to be weighed in by a board member and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to register.
? Participant’s Original Certified birth certificate AND 2 copies.? Proof of residence is required (such as utility bills (SDG&E, water or cable bill) or copy of drivers license).
? One Color 2x2 head shot photo of participant – NO HATS PLEASE.? Payment for applicable Registration Fees
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
? Sports physical will be required prior to conditioning - NO EXCEPTIONS!
? Three photocopies of FULL YEAR report card must be turned in prior to start of conditioning.You must have all paperwork turned in prior to first day of conditioning or your child will not be eligible to practice.NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!

The deadline to contact Toby Howard is January 31st, as coaching interviews will be conducted the first week of February. Here are the open divisions.
