The Mark Trail Flying Eagles Track Team took 30 athletes and five relay teams to this year's AAU National Junior Olympics in Detroit, Michigan from July 26 - August 2, 2008.  These athletes qualified by placing 1st - 4th place in the 2008 Region 3B track meet (Fairburn, Georgia) and in the 2008 AAU Club Nationals in Orlando, Florida. 

The following athletes place in the top eight and received an AAU national medal
