Bellevue College Christmas Holiday Camp

Accelerate your preparation for the 2012 HS season and Summer Tournament season by attending a three day Christmas Holiday Camp with instruction provided by the highly acclaimed coaching staff of the Bellevue College Fastpitch Program – 2011 NWAACC North Region Champions.
WHEN: Winter break- Wed. Dec. 28 thru Friday Dec. 30 (10am – 1pm each day)
WHERE: Sports Training Center (STC); 1119 Central Ave. S, Kent, 98032
WHO: HS Fastpitch players and 16U – 18U club ball players
COST: $60 per player
This camp is applicable for all players that intend to tryout for their HS fastpitch teams in the upcoming season. This camp will provide top level instruction with emphasis to preparation for your HS season. STC is a top rate indoor fastpitch facility with 6 cages; 3 bullpens; an 80ft X 50ft turfed, workout - drill space, and all the necessary equipment to support this camp.
CAMP FORMAT:
Daily Hitting Session
Daily Speed & Agility or Strength & Conditioning Session
Daily Throwing Session
Breakout Sessions for Infielders, Catchers, Pitchers, and Outfielders
Question and Answer sessions with Coaches and College Players
This camp will be instructed by Coach Leah Francis and her coaching staff at Bellevue College Fastpitch Program (Rita Roach, Sarah Hyatt, Whitney Whittemore), along with the assistance of several current Bellevue College players that previously played for local HS teams. The Bellevue College Fastpitch team compiled a 38win – 3 loss record last season and has a history of advancing BC players to Div. I and Div. II colleges. This is a great opportunity for our HS players to gain the experience of working out with an outstanding college coaching staff while also providing these players with exposure to one of the top JC fastpitch opportunities in the Northwest.
