Clippers Start Playoffs In Strong Fashion!!
Saturday, May 31 - Bright and early Saturday morning, with the sun shining, the Clippers won their first playoff game with a sound 5 - 2 victory over the Bulls. The team played sparkling defense with several standout plays. If the pitching and defense continues at this level, the Clippers should have a good run in the playoffs. The rain closed in on the rest of the league's playoff games,Saturday, so it will take another day or so to determine the Clippers next playoff opponent. That game is scheduled for Wednesday afternoon.

A note to fans: Management has requested that all Clippers players be available the last few games of the year for autographs. So if you haven't picked up your official Clippers autograph book, be sure to stop by the gift shop next to the executive offices. Having a full set of players' and coaches' autographs is a collectible that not many fans would want to miss out on.
All players should report to the field 45 minutes before game time.

Please be sure to safeguard your playoff tickets, because management has had reports of scalpers offering playoff tickets for as much as $100 to the fans. Stay tuned for further developments.
