Instructions: Complete the entire registration process as completely as possible (One per player).
A copy of the player’s birth certificate must be on file with the Marlborough Soccer Club. Once your registration is processed, you will receive an email regarding requests for any missing player information (Birth certificate or player pass photo). |

MSC must register its teams with the district league by early August and needs an accurate player count in order to register the proper number of teams. Late registration results in excessively large team sizes and inadequate playing time for all players Please verify age group & include the appropriate fee: Your child’s registration is not complete until all required items are provided.
