Philosophy
Marlborough Soccer Clubs Pre-K Soccer Academy has been developed with over 10 years of experience The purpose of the Pre-K soccer program is to introduce youngsters to soccer through guided discovery in a fun and safe environment.
Each practice, individual skills such as passing, shooting or dribbling are introduced. Along with these skills, players will learn mini-moves while developing agility, balance and coordination.
All of this subtly introduces the first steps of soccer skills and techniques while building the child's confidence and self-esteem.
MARLBOROUGH SOCCER CLUB
PRE-KINDERGARTEN PROGRAM
At least one parent or guardian is required to stay and help during practice. Do NOT leave children unattended
Practice Information:
Saturdays: 9:00 am to 10:00 am at the Farley field
Equipment:
1) Shin Guards are not needed for this age group
2) Size 3 Soccer ball will be provided by the club to the kids who are new to the program.
3) Water bottle
4) Cleats or sneakers
5) Soccer t-shirt is provided to the children new to the program. It is asked they wear it at all times.
Weather: You will not be notified of cancellations. Use your judgement. If in doubt, do not bring your youngster.
There is always next time for their age.
