The 2005 Adult Provincials were held March 31 to April 3. Congratulations and thanks to Lorraine Wilson, who,
with the help of Tim Cain from Richmond Hill, organized a great tournament.
The many minor officials put forth a great effort demonstrating their dedication to ringette.

Each of the medal games began with a moment of silence to
honour ringette's beloved ambassador, Agnes Jacks, who passed away on April 1.

Again, many thanks and praise to Lorraine & Tim for an incredibly well organized tournament.

Pickering Ringette Association

Congratulations on the formatation of your House League. Pickering has run its House League for many years. Unfortunately,4 years ago our registration declined substantively. With help from the Ontario Trillium Foundation, we provided gym ringette equipment to elementary schools in Pickering, ran skating and skills clinics, purchased new goalie equipment and uniforms. Today our House League boasts a registration of 75 players from the ages of 4 to 9 for the second year in a row. It has renewed our organization and drawn many new players to the game.

Congratulations, I hope your House League renews the great game of ringette in Markham and I wish you continuing success.

Best Wishes,

Hello Markham Ringette from Winnipeg Ringette. Enjoyed your site. Markham is my home town - and I still visit often. Glad to see you are playing Ringette there! My two daughters play for this Tween AA team in Winnipeg - visit our website, or better yet, send a team out west to play!

For the past 2 years, I have had the pleasure of working closely with Lorraine Wilson on the Adult Provincials. Lorraine, and the other Markham Ringette volunteers, are to be congratulated for their efforts.

Hi to everyone in Markham:

I was fortunate enough to attend the Adult Provincials that you hosted April 12-14th. I just wanted to tell whoever was in charge of your tournament that they did a REALLY WONDERFUL job. We really did enjoy ourselves the entire weekend, and wherever we went the people of Markham were so nice. Thank you to all from a pair of coaches in the Senior Ladies division, in North Bay Ont. (WEST FERRIS RINGETTE)
