RINGETTE ROCKS!

I am not a hockey player, or a figure skater.
I don’t play with a puck, or know how to do a triple salchow.
I play with a ring. I can skate forward and backwards.
I play the fastest game on ice, and I pronounce it Ringette, not ringettes.
I believe ...
..... in passing, not dumping and chasing;
..... that rinks are not just for boys;
..... that the goalie’s crease is really a goalie’s crease. You just don’t go there.
My stick is not a cutoff hockey stick; it’s designed this way.
I don’t clutch, grab or hit the opposition - it takes skill to play this game.
I believe in team play, not superstars.
Besides, our uniforms are so cool. Check out our facemask.
Canada is the first nation of ringette, and the home of 60,000 ringette players.

SO COME OUT AND JOIN US.
You’ll be a team player, meet lots of new friends, and you’ll have a great time!

I PLAY RINGETTE!
