Serving The Youth of Whittier for Over 50 Years
Murphy Ranch Little League provides the opportunity for all children ages five through sixteen years old to play baseball in a safe and positive environment, regardless of experience or ability. We emphasize teaching sportsmanship, building self-esteem and developing a safe community for all kids and proudly support the Little League Challenger Division. While teaching the fundamentals of the game of baseball, we seek to instill the values inscribed in the Little League motto - Character, Courage, Loyalty.

WINTER BASEBALL LEAGUE 2009
Opportunity to Improve Skills
Our Winterball Baseball League is a non-competitive league intended to allow players to develop and improve essential baseball skills. The instructional emphasis offers players a chance to prepare to move to a new division or simply further develop existing skills.

Registration Details:
When: July 25th, August 1st, 8th and 15t, 10 am - 12 pm
Where: Murphy Ranch Little League Field - 7550 Colima Rd, Whittier
How Much: $80

Winterball 2009 Details
Open to all players age 7-13 as of April 30, 2009 (playing age 8-14 for 2010 season)
$80 registration fee per player
Registration deadline is Sunday, August 23rd. Space is limited so register early. Better yet, mail your registration form and fee to secure your position on the team. Late registrants will be placed on a waiting list.
Games begin in early September and end the weekend before Thanksgiving
Teams will generally have one practice per week
Each team will have one game per week on either Saturday or Sunday (after 11:30 am on Sundays)
All Divisions will play other teams from within Little League District 56
