12U Thunder Red currently have the following USSSA Class B Power Rankings:

• Ranked #2 in New Jersey
• Ranked #5 in Region 1
• Ranked #7 Nationally

2010 A Season of Record Success for the Thunder

The Thunder had tremendous success at all levels this past season which included 3 separate bids to attend Nationals.   In total the Thunder earned:

11-  1st Place Finishes (Tournament Championships)

10- 2nd Place Finishes

7- 3rd Place Finishes

1- 4th Place Finish (out of 54 team/MD College showcase)

The above accomplishments were a result of very hard work and dedication by our players and coaching staff.   The season started out over the Winter in our own 13,000 square foot indoor training facility.    Our Winter Home includes four batting cages,  three pitching lanes and complete infield.   We also have a former All American/National Champion on staff to work with the girls. 

Our 16U and 18U offer Showcase Teams also hosted a number of Colleges Coaches over the Winter months.  The Colleges who attended this past season:

Dowling College (NY), Gywnedd Mercy( PA), Goldy Beacom College (DE), Rutgers Camden (NJ), West Chester University (PA), TCNJ (NJ) and Burlington County College.

The 16U and 18U Showcase Teams participated in some of the most aggressive schedules in South Jersey.   The Showcase Teams played in a number of College Showcases which include:

Jersey Sharks (NJ),  NJ Outlaws Showcase (NJ), TNT College Showcase (PA), Firecracker Showcase (MD),  Be the Best College Showcase (MD),  Top Gun Showcase (NJ)

Congratulations to this years first high school senior on the 18U Thunder who has been awarded a scholarship to play softball at the collegiate level:
